fa مدل مزاج نتروسفیک در تعالی بالینی شخصیت: چارچوبی برای ارزیابی، فرمول‌بندی مورد و مداخله مرحله‌محور Neutrosophic Temperament Model in Clinical Excellence of Personality: A Framework for Assessment, Case Formulation, and Stage-Based Intervention روانشناسی روانشناسی پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: مزاج، زیربنای زیستی‌هیجانی شخصیت، در تنظیم هیجان و پاسخ به درمان نقش دارد، اما مدل‌های کلاسیک ثبات‌محور، تغییرات روان‌شناختی و حالت‌های انتقالی را به‌خوبی بازنمایی نمی‌کنند. این مطالعه «مدل مزاج نتروسفیک» را معرفی می‌کند تا چهارچوبی پویا برای تحلیل رشد، ابهام و بازگشت شخصیت در بالین فراهم آورد. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع نظری‌مفهومی است و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مفهومی و سنتز نظری انجام شده است. مدل پیشنهادی مزاج را در سه مؤلفه هم‌زیست تعریف می‌کند: تکامل (Evolution)، ‌عدم تعیّن (Indeterminacy) و واپس‌روی (Involution). این ساختار امکان عضویت جزئی و هم‌زمان در چند حالت مزاجی، تحلیل دوسوگرایی و تغییرات غیرخطی رفتار را فراهم می‌کند و با بازنمایی T=(E,I,V) به مدل‌سازی پویایی شخصیت کمک می‌کند. یافته‌ها: مدل نتروسفیک محدودیت‌های نظریه‌های کلاسیک و پنج‌عاملی را برطرف می‌کند، تغییرات وابسته به بافت و  عدم تعیّن روان‌شناختی را توضیح می‌دهد و تحلیل مسیرهای تحول، بی‌ثباتی و بازگشت موقت شخصیت را ممکن می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مدل می‌تواند چهارچوبی نظری برای ارزیابی، فرمول‌بندی مورد و طراحی مداخلات مرحله‌محور فراهم آورد و با ادغام رشد، ابهام و بازگشت، درک واقع‌بینانه‌تری از پویایی شخصیت در بالین ارائه کند. اعتبارسنجی تجربی و توسعه ابزارهای سنجش چندبعدی، گام‌های ضروری برای بررسی کاربرد بالینی این مدل خواهد بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Temperament, as the bio-emotional foundation of personality, plays a key role in emotional regulation and treatment response. However, classical stability-oriented models inadequately represent psychological fluctuations and transitional states. This study aimed to introduce the "neutrosophic temperament model" as a dynamic framework for analyzing growth, indeterminacy, and regression in personality in clinical settings. Materials and Methods: This study is of a theoretical-conceptual nature and has been conducted using conceptual analysis and theoretical synthesis. The proposed model conceptualizes temperament as three coexisting components: evolution, indeterminacy, and involution. This structure allows partial and simultaneous membership in multiple temperamental states, facilitates the analysis of ambivalent behaviors and non-linear changes, and uses the representation T=(E, I, V) to model personality dynamics. Results: The neutrosophic model overcomes limitations of classical and Big Five theories by accounting for context-dependent variability and psychological indeterminacy, enabling the analysis of developmental trajectories, instability, and temporary regressions in personality. Conclusion: This model can provide a theoretical framework for assessment, case formulation, and the design of stage-based interventions. By integrating growth, ambiguity, and regression, it offers a more realistic understanding of personality dynamics in clinical settings.
