Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Social support plays a major role in coping with chronic and serious diseases, such as cancer, is also a major contributor to the mental health and quality of life of cancer patients. The present review article aims to examine social support in Breast cancer was taken. This study is a review study. Information was searched for in Scopus ،SID, MSRT, Irandoc, Magiran, Google Scholar and PubMed scientific databases without time limitations. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively.In this study, 10 papers from 208 studies that had inclusion criteria were studied. Data showed a positive and significant relationship between the rate of family social support and the type of disease control. Among the dimensions of social support, family support has been able to predict the variance of psychological well-being at a significant level that should be considered in the course of the improvement and treatment of breast cancer. Findings indicate that social support has a significant impact on the progression, treatment, and improvement of breast cancer.
