    In the current period, the application of innovative approaches to the advancement of organizational goals is a definite necessity in the health system, because the health system is based on evolving and effective changes and Organizational excellence creates situations in the organization that leads to innovation. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to examine the impact of organizational excellence as an innovative approach to medical education.
In this review article, articles published 2000 to 2018 were used in the Persian and English journals from databases from in the Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, ISI (Web of Science), Iran Medex, Scopus. The search for articles was mainly done using keywords; the Organizational Excellence, Innovative, and Medical Education Organizational Excellence. The process of selecting articles was based on this strategy: At the end of the search, 100 articles were obtained that 9 papers met the criteria for entering the study.
The results showed that using organizational, creative and ideological methods in the health system can be achieved organizational goals that are appropriate to the organization So that the use correct and systematic of this template in different organizations has led to the advancement of goals. Therefore, in the path of development of science in the health system, is a must a pattern of organizational excellence. In organizational excellence with the use of targeted innovation, one can find the factors influencing organizational progress.
