fa نقش سلامت دهان در افت شناختی سالمندان پرستاری پرستاری مروری Review <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">ضعف سلامت دهان و افت شناختی هر دو از مشکلات رایج سالمندان هستند. هدف از این مطالعه مروری نقش سلامت دهان در افت شناختی سالمندان می‌باشد. با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های <span dir="LTR">mouth and tooth</span>، <span dir="LTR">cognitive disorder</span>، <span dir="LTR">cognitive cognitive decline</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">dementia</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">impairment</span> <span dir="LTR">aging</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">elder</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">ageing</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">older people</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">oral health</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">elderly</span> در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی در دسترس شامل <span dir="LTR">Magiran</span>، <span dir="LTR">SID</span>، <span dir="LTR">Medlib</span>، <span dir="LTR">Iranmedex</span> <span dir="LTR">proquest</span> <span dir="LTR">Elsevier</span><span dir="LTR">,</span><span dir="LTR">Ovid</span>، <span dir="LTR">Pubmed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Science direct</span> جستجو انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> از مقالات مرتبط فارسی و انگلیسی سال 2000 تا پایان سال 2015 استفاده شد. معیارهای خروج عدم دسترسی به متن کامل مقاله و مقالات به سایر زبان‌ها بود. 56 مقاله استخراج شد و درنهایت 10 مقاله مرتبط با اهداف این مطالعه بررسی شد. یافته‌های همه مطالعات، رابطه معنی‌داری را بین تعداد دندان‌های ازدست‌رفته و افت شناختی نشان داد؛ اما تنها یک مطالعه به‌صورت طولی طراحی‌شده بود. انجام مطالعات بیشتر برای اثبات ارتباط بین سلامت دهان و افت شناختی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">Both poor oral health and cognitive decline are common problems among elders. The aim of this review article is to identify the role of oral health in the elderly cognitive decline. Available databases including Magiran, Google Scholar, SID, Medlib, Iranmedex, Proquest Elsevier, Ovid, Pubmed, and Science Direct was assayed by key words mouth and tooth, cognitive disorder, cognitive decline, cognitive impairment, dementia, oral health, aging, elder, ageing, older people, elderly. Relevant English and Persian articles from 2000 to the end of 2015 were used. Exclusion criteria included no access to full text and articles in other languages. 56 articles were extracted and finally 10 articles relevant to objectives of this study were examined. The results of all studies showed a significant relationship between the number of tooth loss and cognitive decline, however, only one study was designed longitudinally.
