fa روند استقرار آمایش سرزمینی و تحول و نوآوری آموزش عالی سلامت در ایران آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">آمایش سرزمینی، روند جامعی از برنامه‌ریزی جهت استفاده از مزیت‌ها و استعدادهای منطقه‌ای به‌منظور رشد و تعالی آن‌ها می‌باشد. تحول در نظام آموزش یکی از اثرگذارترین اقدامات و ضامن رشد و توسعه پایدار جوامع می‌باشد. اجرای برنامه تحول و نوآوری در آموزش پزشکی با بهره‌مندی از ظرفیت برنامه آمایش سرزمینی در پاییز </span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">1394 </span></span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">در کشور آغاز گردید. هدف این مطالعه تبیین روند استقرار آمایش سرزمینی تحول و نوآوری در آموزش علوم پزشکی ایران می‌باشد. با استفاده از کلیدواژه در عنوان و یا چکیده مقاله در کتب تدوین‌شده توسط معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت و در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی‌زبان و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی به زبان انگلیسی در فاصله سال‌های</span></span>&nbsp;<span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">2016-2000</span></span></span>&nbsp;<span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">میلادی مقالات مرتبط جستجو شد. نتایج نشان داده است که با اجرایی شدن برنامه، تعامل هدفمند بین دانشگاه‌های منطقه و گفتمان تحول و نوآوری در</span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"> محیط </span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">دانشگاهی به وجود آمد. همچنین در برخی بسته‌ها نظیر اعتباربخشی مؤسسات و مراکز آموزشی، ارتقاء نظام آزمون‌ها و پایش بسته‌های تحولی نتایج ملموس‌تر و در برخی بسته‌ها نظیر بین‌المللی شدن آموزش علوم_&shy;پزشکی، آموزش علوم پزشکی مجازی و اعتلای اخلاق حرفه‌ای </span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">قدم های موثری برداشته شده است </span></span><span style="color:#231F20;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">و در بسته‌های حرکت به سمت دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم، آموزش پاسخگو و عدالت_&shy;محور و ارتقاء زیرساخت‌های آموزشی نیازمند توجه و برنامه‌ریزی بهتری می‌باشد. توجه به تأمین منابع پایدار و تقویت زیرساخت‌های آموزشی و توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت‌علمی جهت حصول موفقیت در برنامه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Territorial Agenda is a comprehensive process of planning to use advantage and talent of regional s for their growth and excellence. The development of the education system is one of the most effective action and guarantor of the sustainable development of societies. The implementation of the program on the development and innovation of medical education with the use of the capacity of the territorial planning program began in the country in 2015. The purpose of this study is to explain the Process of Establishment of Territorial Agenda and Development and Innovation in Medical Education in Iran. Using the keyword search about the title or abstract In the books compiled by the Ministry of Health and Education and in the databases like Magiran, SID, Medlib, Iranmedex, Google Scholar databases for Persian language studies and articles in English on the databases as PubMed, Science direct, Google Scholar between 2000 and 2016 The related articles were searched. The results showed that with the implementation of the program, targeted engagement between the universities of the region and the discourse of development and innovation in the academic atmosphere argos. Also, some packages such as the accreditation of institutions and educational centers, the upgrading of the testing system and the monitoring of development packages have made the results more tangible, and in some packages, such as the internationalization of medical education, virtual education and the promotion of professional ethics, good efforts have begun. And in moving packages to third-generation universities, accountable and advocacy education and promotion of educational infrastructure require better attention and planning.
