fa جایگاه اخلاق پژوهشی در نظام آموزش عالی سلامت Place of Research Ethics in the health Higher Education System مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">با توجه به رشد سریع و پرشتاب علم و فناوری در حوزه آموزش عالی و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش روزاﻓﺰون داﻧﺶ و ارتقاء کیفیت علم، دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی مستلزم توسعه فرهنگ ارزش‌های اخلاقی در میان ذینفعان آموزش عالی خصوصاً حوزه سلامت می‌باشد. این مطالعه مروری با هدف بررسی جایگاه اخلاق پژوهشی در نظام آموزش عالی انجام شد. تلاش در شناخت بیشتر و توسعه اخلاق در حوزه سلامت از وظایف مراکز آموزش عالی می‌باشد. بنابراین در مسیر پژوهش، ﺻﺪاﻗﺖ، امانت‌داری و رازداری ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، دﻗﺖ در ﺣﺴﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﻮدﺟﻪ و وﺳﺎﻳﻞ، ﺑﺎﻳﺪ مدنظر ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان قرار ﮔﻴﺮد. داده‌های این مقاله با استفاده از مقالات منتشرشده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛ Google Scholar،Scopus ، Sciences Direct، Magiran،SID ، PubMed، IranDoc، Iranmedex و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های اخلاق، پژوهش، اخلاق پژوهشی، اخلاق آموزشی، آموزش عالی و سلامت جمع‌آوری گردید. از مجموع 2728 مقاله یافت شده تعداد 59 مقاله از بازه زمانی سال‌های 2019- 2003، که اطلاعات آن مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق بوده، موردبررسی قرار گرفت.  یافته‌ها  نشان داد که در همه پژوهش‌های علمی، رعایت  اصول و فرآیند علمی پژوهش، امری ضروری و غیرقابل‌انکار میباشد که باید توسط همۀ پژوهشگران مورد توجه قرار گیرد. ویژگی‌های فردی شامل تعهد و رازداری، صداقت، پشتکار و صبوری، روحیه همکاری در کار گروهی و ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای شامل مسئولیت‌پذیری در مقابل جامعه و حامیان، همکاران، آزمودنی‌ها و همچنین، تحلیل داده‌ها و انتشار آن موردتوجه محققان می‌باشد. به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت رعایت اخلاق در آموزش و پژوهش در جامعه علمی سلامت، نیازمند توجه به زیرساخت‌های لازم و کیفیت در پژوهش می‌باشد. لذا به‌منظور افزایش فرهنگ پژوهش و رعایت اصول اخلاق پیشنهاد می‌گردد، درس اخلاق در پژوهش به‌عنوان واحد درسی در تمامی مراکز آموزش عالی و دانشگاه‌ها در نظر گرفته شود. همچنین به‌منظور نهادینه کردن فرهنگ اخلاق پژوهشی پیشنهاد به برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و هم‌اندیشی‌های اخلاق در پژوهش به‌طور مستمر می‌باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">   Given the rapid growth of science and technology in the field of higher education and the growing spread of knowledge and promoting the quality of science, universities and higher education centers require the development of a culture of moral values among the stakeholders is higher education, especially the health sector. Therefore, this review study was conducted to investigate the place of research ethics in the higher education system. Efforts in the identification and development of ethics in the field of health is the responsibility of higher education institutions. Thus, in the way of research, honesty, integrity and secrecy when reviewing the research results, the accuracy of the good use of funds and instruments, should be considered by researchers. Obtained data were collected based on the articles published in the Google Scholar, Scopus, Sciences Direct, Magiran, SID, PubMed, Irandoc, Iranmedex databases using keywords: ethics, research, research ethics, ethics, higher education, and health. Of 2728 articles, 45 articles related to the subject of research were considered between years 2003-2019. The findings showed that in all scientific researches, observing the principles and scientific process of research is indispensable and indisputable that should be considered by all researchers. Individual features include commitment and secrecy, honesty, perseverance and patience, the spirit of cooperation in teamwork and professional characteristics including community responsibility and supporters, colleagues, subjects as well as data analysis and its release is of interest to researchers. Based on the results of this research Ethics in scholarly research help the researcher to thoroughly review his research process at all stages of his research. In general, it can be said that observing ethics in education and research in health science community requires attention to the necessary infrastructures and quality in research. Therefore, in order to enhance the research culture and adhere to ethical principles, it is recommended to include research ethics as a teaching unit in all higher education institutions and universities.
