fa اهداف درمانی در مبتلایان به شکاف لب و صورت: مروری بر مقالات دندانپزشکی دندانپزشکی مروری Review <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><em><span style="font-family: arial;"><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">شکاف لب و کام شایع‌ترین بدشکلی‌های مادرزادی در ناحیه دهانی صورتی است. مراقبت تیمی برای برطرف کردن نیازهای پزشکی، جراحی، ارتودنسی و روانی بیماران مبتلا به شکاف لب و کام ضروری است. استاندارد مراقبت پذیرفته‌شده در حال حاضر برای مبتلایان به شکاف فقط در صورتی قابل‌اجرا هستند که متخصصان در برنامه‌ریزی تشخیص و طرح درمان با یکدیگر همکاری کنند. مراقبت تیمی بین‌رشته‌ای بهترین نتایج را برای این بیماران فراهم کرده و مؤثرترین و مقرون‌به‌صرفه ترین روش برای دستیابی به اهداف درمان است.</span></span></em></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><em><span style="font-family: arial;"><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">در این مقاله مروری از 21 </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">مقاله چاپ‌شده بین سال‌های </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">2018-2000 </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">موردبررسی قرار گرفت. جستجو در منابع الکترونیک </span><span b="" dir="LTR" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32); mso-bidi-language: FA;">Scopus,PubMed,Google Scholar</span><span b="" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);"> </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32);">انجام گردید. از لغات کلیدی زیر استفاده گردید: <a name="_Hlk27559582"><font color="#231f20">نازوآلوئلار مولدینگ، شکاف لب و کام، مراقبت تیمی، مدیریت بین‌رشته‌ای، ترمیم لب، جراحی ارتوگناتیک</font></a>. هدف درمان بازسازی زیبایی و برگرداندن فانکشن های مختل شده مرتبط با شکاف است. طبیعت و گستردگی مشکلات پزشکی و دندانپزشکی در مبتلایان به شکاف لب و کام، نیاز به رویکرد درمان تیمی متشکل از متخصصین پزشکی و دندانپزشکی را ایجاب می‌نماید. هدف از این مقاله بررسی مقالات مرتبط با مدیریت ناهنجاری شکاف لب و کام از بدو تولد تا بزرگ‌سالی است.</span></span></em></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; Cleft lip and palate (CLP) is the most common congenital deformity of the orofacial. Team care is essential to meet the medical, surgical, dental, orthodontic, and psychological needs of individuals with cleft lip and palate. The currently accepted standards of care can only be met if the specialists work together in the diagnosis and treatment planning. Interdisciplinary team care provides the best overall outcomes for the individual and is also the most efficacious and cost-effective way of meeting the goals of treatment. In this review article, published 21 articles were reviewed between years (2000-2018), the electronic databases &nbsp;&nbsp;PubMed,Scopus and Google Scholar were searched.&nbsp;&nbsp; The following search terms were used: nasoalveolar molding, cleft lip and palate, team care, and multidisciplinary management, lip repair, orthognathic surgery.<br> The goal of treatment is to restore esthetics and functional impairments associated with clefts. The nature and the extent of medical and dental problems among CLP patients dictate the need toward multidisciplinary approach where different medical and &nbsp;dental specialists are involved in the treatment. The purpose of this article is to review&nbsp; management of cleft lip and palate deformity from birth until adulthood.
