fa مروری بر بکارگیری رویکرد کوچینگ بر بالندگی اعضای هیئت علمی آموزش عالی سلامت آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">مربی‌گری یکی از روش‌های نوین در آموزش علوم پزشکی محسوب می‌شود که نقش اساسی در بهسازی یادگیرندگان دارد. لازمه‌ی مربی‌گری حرفه‌ای رشد و توسعه‌ی بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی است. مسئله‌ی آموزش مربی‌گری و رشد و توسعه‌ی بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی و نقش آن&shy;ها در آموزش بالینی در شرایط حاضر، بیش از</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">هر زمان دیگری احساس می&shy;شود. ازاین‌رو، در پژوهش حاضر، روندی معکوس برای کالبدشکافی این دانش انجام شده است. لذا، این مطالعه با مروری بر به‌کارگیری رویکرد </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">coaching</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">در بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی و به‌وی&zwj;ژه کاربرد آن در آموزش عالی سلامت انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">مطالعه‌ی حاضر مرور سیستماتیکی است که&nbsp; در آن، کلیدواژه‌ها براساس </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">MESH</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">تعیین شدند و سپس، جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Web of Science</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Scopus</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Cochrane</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Google scholar</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Pubmed</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Iran Medex</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">SID</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Uptodate</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">و </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Magiran</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">در بازه‌ی زمانی 2003-2021 به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی انجام گرفت و طی 5 مرحله بررسی، 34 مقاله به تعداد تکنیکی 17 مقاله‌ی انگلیسی و 17 مقاله‌ی فارسی یافت شد. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">بررسی نتایج این امر در علوم پزشکی بسیار اندک بوده است؛ اما بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های مربی‌گری و بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های دیگر می&shy;تواند کمک شایانی به روند ارتقای سازمانی آموزش عالی&nbsp; سلامت کند. بر اساس بررسی نتایج مطالعات، کوچینگ نقش بسزایی در بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی آموزش عالی سلامت و رویکردهای بهداشتی و درمانی دارد. تزریق مفهوم کوچینگ و نقش آن در بالندگی اعضای هیئت‌علمی نقشه‌ی راهی برای بهبود کیفیت آموزش عالی سلامت و به‌کارگیری اصول آن‌ها در برنامه‌ی عملیاتی سند تحول نظام سلامت و هدفی کاربردی در ارائه‌ی خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی است. </span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Coaching is one of the new methods in medical science education that plays an important role in meeting the needs of learners. The requirement of professional coaching is the growth and development of faculty members. The issue of coaching education and the growth and development of faculty members and their role in clinical education is felt more than ever before. Therefore, in the current research, a reverse process has been done for the autopsy of this knowledge. Therefore, this study has been done with an overview of the application of the coaching approach in the growth of faculty members and especially its application in higher health education. The present study is a systematic review in which the keywords were determined based on MESH and then searched in Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane, Google scholar, Pubmed, Iran Medex, SID, Uptodate, and Magiran databases in the period of 2003-2021. Two languages Persian and English were conducted and during 5 stages of review, 34 articles were found, including 17 English articles and 17 Persian articles. There has been very little examination of the results of this in the field of medical sciences; However, using the models of coaching and development of faculty members of other universities can greatly help the process of organizational improvement of higher health education. Based on the results of studies, coaching plays a significant role in the development of faculty members of higher health education and health and treatment approaches.
