fa برنامه‌ی درسی کارورزی در شرایط همه‌گیری‌‌ بیماری‌های عفونی در نظام‌های آموزشی ایران و برخی کشورهای جهان با تأکید بر پاندمی کووید 19؛ یک مطالعه‌ی تطبیقی Internship Curriculum in Infectious Diseases Epidemics in Education Systems in Iran and Other Countries with Emphasis on the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Comparative Study آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">شیوع ناگهانی عفونت کروناویروس اجرای برنامه‌ی درسی کارورزی در سراسر جهان را با چالش جدی مواجه ساخت و باعث تغییرات گسترده ای در شیوه‌ی اجرای آن در مؤسسات آموزشی و شرکای مجری طرح کارورزی شد. بدین سبب، هدف از پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به روش ها و راهبردهای اجرای کارورزی در مؤسسات آموزشی در ایران و جهان در شرایط توصیف‌شده است. این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی با رویکرد مقایسه ای و تطبیقی با استفاده از الگوی جرج بردی است. مبنای مطالعه‌ی حاضر تحلیل منابع بهدست‌آمده از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Web of Science،Science direct ،Scopus،PubMed ، SID، Magiran و همچنین، موتور جست‌وجوگر Google Scholar در محدوده‌ی زمانی 2019 تا 2022 میلادی بر اساس کلیدواژه های؛ کارورزی، کارورز، کروناویروس (کووید 19) و سارس کووید 2 است که نهایتاً 75 مقاله جمعآوری شد. پس از بررسی داده های گردآوری‌شده و حذف مقالات تکراری و غیرمرتبط، در نهایت 28 مقاله از 11 کشور جهان تحلیل شد. مؤسسات آموزشی مورد مطالعه به‌منظور اجرای کارورزی در شرایط پاندمی کروناویروس، سیاست ها و راهبردهایی را تحت عناوین کارورزی مجازی، کارورزی از راه دور، کارورزی دیجیتالی، مدرسه‌ی کرونا، کارورزی از راه دور اضطراری، سیاست های آموزشی جایگزینی، کارورزی ترکیبی و e-internships در پیش گرفتند. با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش می توان این را دریافت که سیاست ها و راهبردهای اتخاذشده از سوی دانشگاه ها و مؤسسه‌های آموزشی در جهان به گونه ای بر پایه‌ی فناوری های نوین ارتباطی مبتنی بر وب بوده است؛ لذا سیاست‌گذاران این بخش ها می‌بایست بستر لازم برای تغییر رویکرد از آموزش سنتی به آموزش های الکترونیکی و ترکیبی را در شرایط پساکرونا نیز فراهم آورند.    </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">With the sudden spread of the coronavirus infection, the implementation of the internship curriculum around the world has faced serious challenges and has caused extensive changes in its implementation in educational institutions and partners of the internship program. Therefore, the present research aimed to determine the methods and strategies for implementing internships in higher education institutions in Iran and the world under the described conditions. The present study was based on a descriptive-analytical method with the comparative approach using the George Brody model. Moreover, the basis of the study was the analysis of resources obtained from Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed, Scientific Information Database (SID), Magiran, and Google Scholar search engine in the timespan of 2019-2022 based on the keywords “internship,” “intern,” “Corona virus (Covid-19),” and “Sars-Covid-2.” The search conducted finally led to the collection of 75 articles. After reviewing the collected data, duplicate and irrelevant articles were excluded; finally, 28 articles from 11 countries were analyzed. Educational institutions studied for the purpose of implementing internships under the COVID-19 pandemic conditions adopted some policies and strategies, such as "virtual internship," "remote internship," "digital internship," "corona school," "emergency remote internship," "substitution education policies," "blended internship," and "e-internships." According to the results, it can be concluded that the policies and strategies adopted by institutions of higher education in the world were on the basis of new Web-based communications technologies; therefore, higher education policymakers should provide the platform needed to change the approach from traditional education to electronic and hybrid methods in post-corona conditions.  </div> برنامه‌ی درسی کارورزی, شرکای مجری طرح کارورزی, کووید 19, مطالعه‌ی تطبیقی, مؤسسات آموزشی.
