fa مروری روایتی بر برنامه آموزشی محیط امن فرزندپروری برای والدین کودکان ناشنوا و کم‌شنوا: ویژگی‌ها، اهداف و کاربرد Narrative Review of the Circle of Security-Parenting (COS-P) Educational Program for Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children: Characteristics, Goals, and Applications مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">مقاله‌ی حاضر مروری روایتی بر مداخله‌ی محیط امن فرزندپروری، ویژگی‌ها و اهداف این برنامه برای والدین کودکان ناشنوا و کم‌شنوا  بود. به این منظور، مقاله‌های منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتیPubMed ،Google Scholar ،Taylor Scopus ،Science Direct ،Elsevier ،  EBSCOوSpringer  برای مقاله‌های انگلیسی و در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی SID، ISC و IranDoc  برای مقاله‌های فارسی به کار گرفته شدند. براساس ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، 41 مقاله گزینش شد و اطلاعات حاصل از این منابع مقایسه، تحلیل و تفسیر شدند و نتایج استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر دل‌بستگی که حساسیت والدین را هدف قرار می‌دهد، با بهبود امنیت و دل‌بستگی همراه است. از سوی دیگر، برنامه‌ی آموزشی محیط امن با بهبود کیفیت مراقبت پس از تکمیل مداخله همراه است. علاوه بر این، تأثیر درخور ‌توجهی برای بهبود خودکارآمدی مراقبان دارد و نشان می‌دهد که این مداخله باعث افزایش توانمندی در مهارت‌های مراقبتی و انعطاف‌پذیری فرد پس از مشارکت در مداخله می‌شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود افرادی که تمایل دارند از این برنامه استفاده کنند، به‌دقت به عوامل جمعیت‌شناختی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و شخصی شرکت‌کنندگان فکر کنند. این مداخله برای افرادی که نیازهای مهم‌تری دارند، مانند مادران و فرزندان تحریک‌پذیری که دل‌بستگی ناایمن یا اجتنابی دارند، مناسب است. همچنین، باید توجه کرد که از برنامه‌ی استاندارد بیست‌هفته‌ای یا نسخه‌ی کوتاه هشت‌هفته‌ای آن استفاده شود. این انتخاب به هزینه، منابع، در دسترس بودن و توانمندی شرکت‌کنندگان بستگی دارد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present research was a narrative review of the safe parenting environment intervention, the features, and the goals of this program for parents of deaf and hard-of-hearing children. For this purpose, studies published in English and Farsi in PubMed, Google Scholar, Taylor Scopus, Science Direct, Elsevier, EBSCO, and Springer databases were used for English studies, and SID, ISC, and IranDoc databases were used for Persian studies. Based on the entry and exit criteria, 41 articles were selected, and the information obtained from these sources was compared, analyzed, interpreted, and concluded. The results demonstrated that the attachment-based intervention that targets parental sensitivity is associated with improved security and attachment. On the other hand, the training program of the circle of safety is associated with an improvement in the quality of care after the completion of the intervention. In addition, it significantly improves the self-efficacy of caregivers and increases the ability in caring skills and flexibility of the person after participating in the intervention. It is suggested that people who wish to use this program think carefully about the participants' demographic, social, economic, and personal factors. This intervention is suitable for people with more important needs, such as mothers and irritable children with insecure or avoidant attachments. It should also be noted that the standard 20-week program or its short 8-week version should be used.
