fa هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران و عوامل موثر برآن: مقاله مروری پرستاری پرستاری مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">هوش_&shy;اخلاقی یکی از ابعاد هوش است که می_&shy;تواند چهارچوبی را برای عملکرد صحیح انسان_&shy;ها فراهم آورد و به عنوان یک عامل پیش بینی_&shy;کننده رفتار محسوب می_&shy;شود</span>.<span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> هدف از مطالعه بررسی هوش_&shy;اخلاقی در پرستاران و عوامل موثر بر آن می_&shy;باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">این مطالعه به صورت مرور روایتی انجام شد. در مطالعه حاضر، برای انتخاب مطالعات، در پایگاه_&shy;های اطلاعاتی فارسی زبان مانند </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Magiran</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">SID</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Barakat Knowledge Network System</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">،</span></span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Scholar</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Google</span>&nbsp; <span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">با کلیدواژه_&shy;های هوش، پرستار،&nbsp; اخلاق حرفه ای جستجو شد. معیارهای ورود مطالعه شامل: بررسی مقالات فارسی در محدوده سال_&shy;های </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">1390-1399،</span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> مرتبط با هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران بوده است. معیارهای خروج مطالعه شامل مقالات غیرفارسی زبان، غیرمرتبط با هدف پژوهش و عدم دسترسی به نسخه کامل مقاله مورد نظر بود. مقالات مروری نیز از مطالعه خارج شدند. حاصل جستجو با استفاده از کلیدواژه_&shy;های بیان شده در بالا </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">150 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله بود. در نهایت </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">11 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله متناسب با سوال پژوهش وارد مطالعه شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته_&shy;ها نشان داد بین هوش اخلاقی با رضایت بیمار از مراقبت پرستاری، تاب_&shy;آوری، خشم، نگرش نسبت به آموزش بیمار و کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد.&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">با توجه به یافته_&shy;های مطالعه، </span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">صرف هزینه و زمان در راستای افزایش هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران ، ضروری می_&shy;باشد. پیشنهاد می_&shy;گردد برای پرستاران، برنامه_&shy;های آموزشی مناسب با موضوع اخلاق در قالب دوره_&shy;های ضمن خدمت برگزار شود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Moral intelligence is one of the dimensions of intelligence that can provide a framework for the proper functioning of human beings and is considered as a predictor of behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate moral intelligence in nurses and the factors affecting it. This study was a narrative review. In the present study, to select studies, Persian language databases such as Magiran, SID, Barakat Knowledge Network System Scholar Google were searched with the keywords intelligence, nurse, ethics, professional. Criteria for the study included: a review of Persian articles in the period 2010-2020, which examined the moral intelligence of nurses. Exclusion criteria included non-Persian language articles, unrelated to the purpose of the research and lack of access to the full version of the article. Review articles were also excluded from the study. The search result was 150 articles using the keywords mentioned above. Finally, 11 articles appropriate to the research question were included in the study. </span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between moral intelligence and patient satisfaction with nursing care, resilience, anger, attitude towards patient education and quality of work life of nurses.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">According to the findings of the study, spending time and money in order to increase moral intelligence in nurses is necessary.
