fa حلقه مفقوده سیاست پژوهی در دستیابی به اهداف سیاست گذاری آموزشی آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp; &nbsp;<span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">&nbsp;&nbsp;عملکرد منابع انسانی سازمان در قالب سیاست_&shy;گذاری سازمانی شکل می_&shy;گیرد و سیاست&shy;گذاری آموزشی در کنار سیاست_&shy;گذاری پژوهشی نوعی جامعیت کامل فردی در سازمان است. در عصر حاضر، امکان بهره_&shy;گیری از سیاست_&shy;گذاری آموزشی برای دستیابی به اهداف غایی سازمان امکان_&shy;پذیر نیست؛ به‌طوری که در کنار سیاست_&shy;گذاری آموزشی نیاز است از سیاست پژوهشی بهره برد. بر این اساس، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی رویکرد سیاست_&shy;پژوهی در کنار<br> سیاست_&shy;آموزشی واحدهای آموزشی صورت گرفته است. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">مطالعه از نوع مروری ساده‌ی نقلی با هدف بررسی سیاست_&shy;گذاری آموزشی و سیاست_&shy;گذاری پژوهشی به‌طور هم‌زمان در واحد_&shy;های آموزش دانشگاهی است. این مطالعه با استناد به مقالات استخراج‌شده از پایگاه_&shy;های اطلاعاتی به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی با جست‌وجوی کلیدواژه_&shy;های؛ سیاست_&shy;پژوهی، سیاست_&shy;&shy;پژوهشی، سیاست&shy;آموزشی، سیاست_&shy;گذاری آموزشی، آموزش و پرورش، نظام آموزشی، نظام آموزشی دانشگاهی در بازه‌ی زمانی مشخص صورت گرفته است. در نتیجه‌ی جست‌وجو و اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، تعداد 98 مقاله یافت شد، به انضمام متون و کتب و اسناد یافت‌شده، تعداد 24 مقاله وارد مطالعه‌ی حاضر شد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">یافته_&shy;ها نشان داد که مطالعات با رویکرد سیاست آموزشی به‌وضوح نسبت به مطالعات با رویکرد پژوهشی در سیاست_&shy;های مدنظر است. اما تفکر ادغام سیاست_&shy;گذاری آموزشی و پژوهشی راه پیشرو هم_&shy;افزایی علمی انگشت_&shy;شمار بوده است. خدمات آموزشی نوین بدون خدمات پژوهشی امکان_&shy;پذیر نیست. اتخاذ تصمیمات محض آموزشی بدون بهره_&shy;گیری از سیاستپژوهشی، مقدور و به‌صرفه نیست. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:395.7pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The performance of organizational human resources is established in the form of organizational policy-making. Educational policy-making, along with research policy-making, is a complete individual comprehensiveness in the organization. In today&#39;s era, it is not possible to use educational policy-making to achieve the final goals of the organization, so that research policy-making needs to be used along with educational policy. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess the policy-research approach along with the educational policy of educational units. The descriptive review study to simultaneously investigate educational policy-making and research policy-making in university departments. A query was conducted on databases in Persian and English from 2014-2022 using the following keywords: Policy-research, policy-research, educational policy, educational policy-making, education, education system, and university education system. As a result of the search and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 98 articles were retrieved, including the searched texts, books, and documents. Finally, 24 papers were included in the present study. The findings demonstrated that studies with an educational policy approach are clearly better than studies with a research approach in the desired policies. Nonetheless, the integration of educational and research policies has been the leading way of scientific synergy.
