fa امنیت قضایی در مسیر پیشرو امنیت سلامت پزشکي قانوني پزشکي قانوني مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">در جوامع امروزی، یکی از علل حفظ سلامت فردی و اجتماعی حفظ چهارچوب‌های امنیت قضایی است که به سازمان‌دهی و ساختاربندی مناسب نیاز دارد. سلامت جوامع در گرو تضمین سلامت، عدالت و امنیت فردی و جمعی است. بر این اساس، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف مروری بر امنیت قضایی با رویکرد امنیت سلامت صورت‌ گرفته است. مطالعه‌ی پیشرو مطالعه‌ای مروری است که طی جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های ‌داده‌‌ی </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">ProQuest</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Springer</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Google scholar</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">SID</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">ISI</span> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">و </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Scopus Science Direct</span> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">طی سال‌های 1390 تا 1402 با کلیدواژه_&shy;های پیشگیری قضایی، سلامت‌محور، امنیت قضایی، امنیت و امنیت سلامت صورت‌گرفته است. تعداد 63 مقاله طی جست‌وجو به دو زبان انگلیسی و فارسی یافت شد. از این میان، 48 مقاله به‌علت نداشتن ارتباط موضوعی، محتوایی و نبود دسترسی به کل متن مقاله، از روند مطالعه حذف شدند و با توجه‌ به اینکه مطالعات اندکی با راهبردهای سلامت‌محوری امنیت قضایی صورت‌ گرفته بود، 12 مقاله در انتها، وارد مطالعه شدند. </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌های استخراج‌شده نشان داد که برخورداری از سلامت قضایی در راستای حفظ سلامت فردی و اجتماعی لازمه جوامع بشری است و تضمین سلامت امنیت، مستلزم به‌کارگیری روندهای نوین در تدوین قوانین و مقررات است. </span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In today&#39;s societies, one of the reasons for maintaining personal and social health is the maintenance of judicial security frameworks, which require proper organization and structuring. The health of societies depends on ensuring individual and collective health, as well as justice and security. Therefore, the present study aimed to review judicial security with the approach of health security. The present review was conducted by searching the keywords &ldquo;Judicial prevention,&rdquo; &ldquo;health-oriented,&rdquo; &ldquo;judicial security,&rdquo; &ldquo;security,&rdquo; and &ldquo;health security&rdquo; in Scopus, ScienceDirect, ISI, SID, Google Scholar, Springer, and ProQuest databases from 2001 to 2023. A total of 63 articles were found during the search in both English and Farsi languages. Among these articles, 48 were excluded from the study process due to the lack of thematic and content connections, as well as the lack of access to the entire text of the article. Moreover, considering that few studies has been conducted using health-oriented strategies of judicial security, finally, a total of 12 studies were included in the investigation. The findings revealed that judicial health, in order to maintain personal and social health and guarantee security health, requires the use of new trends in the formulation of laws and regulations.</span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; امنیت قضایی, امنیت, امنیت سلامت, پیشگیری قضایی, سلامت‌محور.
