fa تأثیر بهره‌گیری از روش تدریس از طریق مولتی‌مدیا بر مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری Effect of Multimedia-based Teaching on the Clinical Skills of Nursing Students آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: از جمله موانع مهم اصلی آموزش بالین مشکلات مربوط به سیستم یادگیری کار با دستگاه‌ها و تجهیزات پزشکی است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف ارتقای مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان در بخش همودیالیز از طریق مولتی‌مدیا بر میزان یادگیری مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. روشکار: این مطالعه به روش پیش‌تجربی با طرح دو گروه مداخله و کنترل درباره‌ی 48 نفر از پرستاران دانشکده‌ی پرستاری و مامایی‌ بیرجند در سال ۱۴۰۲ انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به روش تمام‌شماری انتخاب شدند. دانشجویان به‌صورت تصادفی ساده به روش پرتاب سکه در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله تحت مداخله‌ی آموزش ویدئویی همودیالیز (مشاهده‌ی فیلم آموزشی ضبط‌شده توسط مربی‌ خود) و گروه کنترل تحت آموزش روتین (سنتی) قرار گرفت. ارزشیابی به‌وسیله‌ی ‌پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ انجام شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی آزمون قبل از مداخله در گروه مداخله بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود، اما بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (313/0P=)، اما بین میانگین نمره‌ی آزمون بعد از مداخله در دو گروه تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود داشت (03/0P=). نتیجهگیری: استفاده از فیلم و مولتی‌مدیا در یادگیری، خصوصاً یادگیری مهارت‌هایی که به دستگاه نیاز دارند، تأثیر بسزایی دارد. بهترین زمان برای این آموزش‌ها قبل از ورود دانشجو به بخش برای کارآموزی است. مربیان پرستاری می‌توانند از نتایج این بررسی در آموزش مهارت‌های بالینی، خصوصاً در بخش‌هایی که بیمار با تجهیزات پزشکی سروکار دارد، استفاده کنند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Purpose: One of the most critical obstacles presented to clinical education is the problems related to the learning system of working with medical devices and equipment. The present study sought to assess the impact of multimedia-based teaching on the clinical skills of nursing students in the hemodialysis department. Method: This pre-experimental research was conducted on 48 students at Birjand School of Nursing and Midwifery in 2023. The participants were selected using the census method. The students were randomly assigned to test and control groups using a coin toss. The intervention group was subjected to hemodialysis video training intervention (viewing the training video recorded by their instructor), and the control group was subjected to routine (traditional) training. The evaluation was carried out by a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis using SPSS software (version 16). Results: before the intervention, the mean test score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group; nonetheless, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.313). However, there was a significant difference between the mean test scores after the intervention in the two groups (P=0.03). Conclusion: As evidenced by the obtained results, the use of video and multimedia had a significant impact on learning, especially learning skills that require a device. The best time for these trainings is before the student enters the department for internship. Nursing educators can use the results of this study to teach clinical skills, especially in the departments where the patient deals with medical equipment.  </div> آموزش, دانشجو, چندرسانه‌ای, مهارت بالینی.
