fa از داده تا دادگاه: فرصت‌های حقوقی استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در سیستم‌های آموزشی دانشگاهی آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">با توجه به تحولات سریع در فناوری‌های نوین و دیجیتالی‌شدن محیط آموزشی، آموزش در موسسات آموزش عالی با چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های جدیدی مواجه شده است. این تحقیق به بررسی اهمیت این تحولات در بهبود کیفیت آموزش و پاسخ به سوالات اساسی مانند &quot;چگونه می‌توان از فناوری‌های نوین به بهترین نحو در آموزش عالی استفاده کرد؟&quot; و &quot;چه چالش‌های حقوقی مرتبطی وجود دارد؟&quot; می‌پردازد</span>. <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">این تحقیق به‌ صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. ابعاد مختلف، کاربردها و چالش‌های حقوقی فناوری‌های نوین آموزشی، به‌ویژه هوش مصنوعی، در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است</span>. <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">70 درصد </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">از پاسخ‌دهندگان به مزایای کلیدی فناوری‌های آموزشی دیجیتال، مانند ارائه آموزش شخصی‌سازی‌شده و دسترسی به منابع گسترده، اشاره کرده‌اند. همچنین، چالش‌های حقوقی نظیر مالکیت معنوی و حفظ حریم خصوصی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این تحقیق به نوآوری‌های جدیدی در زمینه استفاده از فناوری‌های آموزشی اشاره دارد و بر اهمیت تدوین قوانین و مقررات به‌روز تاکید می‌کند</span>. <span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در سیستم‌های آموزشی دانشگاهی نیازمند تدوین و به‌روزرسانی قوانین و مقررات است تا از یک سو فرصت‌های جدید را به حداکثر برساند و از سوی دیگر چالش‌های حقوقی را به حداقل برساند. این مقاله پیشنهاداتی برای سیاست‌گذاران و دانشگاه‌ها ارائه می‌دهد تا بتوانند به بهترین نحو از فناوری‌های نوین بهره‌برداری کنند و تاثیرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن را نیز در نظر بگیرند</span>.</span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Given the rapid developments in new technologies and the digitalization of the educational environment, higher education is facing new challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore the importance of these developments in improving educational quality and addresses fundamental questions such as &quot;How can new technologies be optimally utilized in higher education?&quot; and &quot;What are the related legal challenges?&quot;</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">This study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach and library research. Various dimensions, applications, and legal challenges of new educational technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, in Iran were examined.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The findings indicate that 70% of respondents highlighted the key benefits of digital educational technologies, such as personalized education and access to a broader range of resources. Additionally, legal challenges such as intellectual property rights and privacy protection were analyzed. This research points to new innovations in the field of educational technology and emphasizes the need for updated laws and regulations.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The integration of new technologies in university educational systems requires the formulation and updating of laws and regulations to maximize new opportunities while minimizing legal challenges.
