fa مروری بر روش مولتی‌منتورینگ و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد اعضای هیئت‌علمی مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">عملکرد آموزشی و پژوهشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی یکی از عوامل مهم و کلیدی برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزشی است. این عملکرد شامل جنبه‌های مختلفی ازجمله تدریس، مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشجویان، انجام تحقیقات علمی، انتشار مقالات و مشارکت در کنفرانس‌ها و ... است که یکی از مهم&rlm;ترین جنبه&rlm;ها تدریس، روش تدریس و نحوه تدریس است. مولتی منتورینگ یکی از انواع روش&rlm;های تدریس در مجموعه عوامل مؤثر در عملکرد آموزشی و پژوهشی اعضای هیئت&rlm;علمی است. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر روش مولتی منتورینگ و تأثیر آن در عملکرد آموزشی و پژوهشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی صورت گرفته است. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">نتایج مطالعات نشان </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">داد</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar=""> برخورداری از اهداف در انتخاب روش تدریس برای ارتقای توانمندی و عملکرد اعضای هیئت&rlm;علمی نقش بسزایی دارد. مولتی منتورینگ راهبردی مؤثر و تضمین&rlm;شده در آموزش، به&rlm;ویژه در زمینه‌های بالینی، است و در آماده‌سازی دانشجویان برای ورود به بازار کار، نقش مهمی ایفا می &rlm;کند. مولتی منتورینگ نه‌تنها به یادگیری مطلوب کمک می‌کند، بلکه به ایجاد شبکه‌ای از حمایت و یاری هدفمند برای دانشجویان منجر می‌شود و به آن‌ها در بهره‌گیری از تجارب آموزشی، چه در زمان دانشجویی و چه بعد از فارغ‌التحصیلی، کمک می‌کند. بنابراین، رشد و تکامل اهداف آموزشی در همه نظام‌های آموزشی نیازمند برخورداری از مدرسان توانمند و کارآمد و با دانش روز </span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">است. </span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The educational and research performance of faculty members is a key factor in improving the quality of education and research in universities and other academic institutions. This performance encompasses various aspects, including teaching, student advising and supervision, conducting scientific research, publishing articles, and participating in conferences. Among these, one of the most critical dimensions is teaching, including teaching methods and approaches. Multi-mentoring is one of the instructional methods influencing both the educational and research performance of faculty members. Accordingly, the present study aimed to review the multi-mentoring method and its effect on the academic and research performance of faculty members. Findings from studies indicate that having clearly defined goals in selecting teaching methods plays a crucial role in enhancing faculty members&rsquo; capabilities and performance. Multi-mentoring is an effective and reliable educational strategy, particularly in clinical settings, and it plays a significant role in preparing students for entering the job market. This method not only facilitates effective learning but also creates a purposeful support network for students, helping them benefit from educational experiences both during their studies and after graduation.
