fa تعارض منافع غیرمادی در علوم پزشکی و چالش‌های مرتبط مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">تعارض یا تضاد منافع (</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Conflict of interest</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:" zar="">) به موقعیتی گفته می‌شود که در آن فرد از یک‌سو در مقام مسئولیت دارای وظایف حرفه‌ای و اجتماعی است و از طرفی دارای منافع شخصی در تضاد با آن مسئولیت است. در این شرایط فرد در معرض نقض بی‌طرفی میان مسئولیت و منافع خود قرار می‌گیرد. تعارض منافع انواع مختلفی دارد و در ابعاد مختلف از حقوق تا پزشکی و در ریز و درشت‌ترین امور می‌تواند رخ دهد و هر کسی ممکن است آگاهانه یا ناآگاهانه در معرض تعارض منافع باشد. این تعارضات می‌توانند به صورت مالی یا غیرمالی باشند که بررسی و شناسایی تعارضات منافع مالی با توجه به قابلیت دسترسی به تاریخچه گردش‌های مالی افراد، بسیار راحت‌تر از تعارضات غیرمالی است. به‌علاوه، بسیاری از مصادیق تعارضات غیرمالی در میان پژوهشگران، اساتید و افراد علمی ناشناخته هستند. از این‌رو، مطالعه‌ی مروری حاضر سعی در معرفی تعارض منافع علمی غیرمالی، انواع و مصادیق آن، همراه با راه‌های پیشگیری و مدیریت کاربردی این تعارضات در حیطه‌های علوم پزشکی دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conflict of interest is a situation in which a person has professional and social commitments due to their responsibilities on the one hand, and personal interests that conflict with those responsibilities on the other. In this situation, the person is exposed to a violation of the neutrality between their responsibilities and personal interests. Conflicts of interest come in many forms and can occur in various fields, from law to medicine, and in matters ranging from general issues to the smallest details. Anyone may be consciously or unconsciously exposed to a conflict of interest. These conflicts can be financial or non-financial. Financial conflicts are generally easier to examine and identify due to access to financial records. In contrast, many examples of non-financial conflicts remain unknown among researchers, professors, and academics.
