fa کارآفرینی دیجیتال مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات درمانی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی -درمانی آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">مقدمه: </span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">ورود هوش مصنوعی به عرصۀ نظام سلامت باعث تغییرات شدید و سریعی شده است؛ تغییراتی که در ارائۀ خدمات بهداشتی درمانی محسوس بوده&rlm;اند. براساس این، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف مروری بر کارآفرینی دیجیتالِ مبتنی&rlm;بر هوش مصنوعی برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات درمانی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی ـ درمانی انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">روش کار:</span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"> این مطالعه یک مطالعۀ مروری نقلی است که طی جست&rlm;وجو در پایگاه داده&rlm;های بین‌المللی مانند </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="color:black">PubMed</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="color:black">Web of Science</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="color:black">Scopus</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">، و پایگاه‌های داخلی مانند پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام، پایگاه پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوری اطلاعات ایران، و جهاد دانشگاهی و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط شامل &laquo;کارآفرینی دیجیتال&raquo;، &laquo;هوش مصنوعی&raquo;، &laquo;خدمات درمانی&raquo;، &laquo;بیمارستان آموزشی&raquo;، &laquo;بیمارستان&raquo;، و &laquo;ارائۀ خدمات&raquo; انجام شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">یافته ها:</span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"> نتایج نشان داد هوش مصنوعی در تمامی عرصه&rlm;های آموزش و ارائۀ خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و پژوهش در حوزۀ سلامت نفوذ کرده است؛ بنابراین، کارآفرینی و ایجاد کار با رویکرد دیجیتال و برمبنای هوش مصنوعی بستری در جهت بهینه&rlm;سازی ارائۀ خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در آیندۀ نزیک خواهد شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">با بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین، کارآفرینان دیجیتال می‌توانند راهکارهایی هوشمند برای بهبود فرایندهای درمانی، مدیریت منابع، و ارتقای تجربۀ بیماران ارائه دهند. بیمارستان‌ها می‌توانند به&rlm;عنوان بستری مناسب برای توسعه و پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای کارآفرینانۀ مبتنی&rlm;بر هوش مصنوعی عمل کنند و حتی نظام سلامت با روش&rlm;های نوین بهره&rlm;گیری از هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت بیمارستانی و حتی مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی قدم&rlm;های مؤثری بردارند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:#528135">Background and purpose:</span></span></b><b> </b>The introduction of artificial intelligence into the healthcare system has led to significant, rapid changes, evident in the provision of healthcare services. Accordingly, the present study aimed to review digital entrepreneurship based on artificial intelligence to improve the quality of health services in teaching and therapeutic hospitals.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:#528135">Materials and Methods:</span></span></b> The present study is a narrative review conducted by searching international databases, such as PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus, along with domestic databases, such as the Islamic World Science Citation Database, the Iranian Institute of Science and Information Technology, and Jihad Daneshgahi databases using relevant keywords including &quot;digital entrepreneurship&quot;, &quot;artificial intelligence&quot;, &quot;health services&quot;, &quot;teaching hospital&quot;, &quot;hospital&quot; and &quot;service provision&quot;.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:#528135">Results:</span></span></b> Artificial intelligence has penetrated all areas of education, healthcare services, and health research. Therefore, entrepreneurship and job creation using a digital approach and artificial intelligence will serve as a platform for optimizing healthcare service delivery in the near future.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:#528135">Conclusion:</span></span></b> By adopting new technologies, digital entrepreneurs can develop innovative solutions to improve treatment processes, manage resources, and enhance the patient experience. Hospitals can serve as ideal platforms for developing and implementing artificial intelligence-based entrepreneurial solutions.
