fa گزارش مورد نادر بیماری التهاب چشمی ایدیوپاتیک Rare Case Report of Idiopathic Orbital Inflammation (IOI) Disease بیماریهای چشم بیماریهای چشم پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: بیماری های چشمی حاد و غیرمنتظره جز آسیب های آزاردهنده کیفیت زندگی می باشند، بنابراین شناسایی علل بروز و شیوع بیماری می توانند بسیار کمک کننده باشد. یکی از بیماری های نادر چشمی التهاب چشمی ایدیوپاتیک است که نیازمند تشخیص ماهرانه و به هنگام با علائم سایه و پنهان بیمار است براین اساس مطالعه حاضر یک گزارش مورد در راستای علائم ناشناخته ناشی از یک ضربه به چشم در راستای تشخیص بیماری التهاب چشمی ایدیوپاتیک می باشد. معرفی بیمار: بیمار خانم 50 ساله که به علت ضربه یک شاخه به چشم و با علائم درد در چشم راست و تورم موضع به اورژانس چشم پزشکی مراجعه کرده است. در بررسی بعدی بیمار بیرون زدگی چشم و قرمزی و کوموزیس رویت شد و نتایج آزمایش ها و رادیوگرافی چشمی هیچ علامت دیگری را نشان نداد، آنتی بیوتیک تجویز و غیرموثر بوده و بعد از بررسی همه جانبه گروه چشم پزشکی تشخیص نهایی به بیماری التهاب چشمی ایدیوپاتیک داده شد و بعد از تجویز استروئید و پیگیری مکرر بهبودی به سرعت رخ داد.  نتیجه گیری: علائم ناشناخته و تشخیص های مختلف منجر به تاخیر در شناسایی بیماری حاضر می گردد بررسی همه جانبه، آموزش کادر بهداشتی و درمانی ضمن آموزش مداوم، کارگاه ها و جلسات آموزشی، تشخیص های تیمی، به روز نمودن اطلاعات کادر درمانی و پیگیری مداوم و سیستماتیک بیمار و علائم بیمار کمک شایانی به تشخیص زودهنگام و درمان به موقع بیماری خواهد نمود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Acute and unexpected ocular diseases are among the distressing impairments to quality of life; therefore, identifying the causes of onset and prevalence can be highly beneficial. One rare ocular condition is idiopathic orbital inflammation, which requires skilled and timely diagnosis based on the patient's subtle and hidden symptoms. Accordingly, the present study is a case report addressing unrecognized symptoms resulting from ocular trauma in the context of diagnosing idiopathic orbital inflammation. Patient Presentation: A 50-year-old female patient presented to the ophthalmology emergency department due to trauma from a tree branch striking the eye, complaining of pain in the right eye and localized swelling. Subsequent examination revealed proptosis, redness, and chemosis; laboratory tests and ocular radiography showed no other abnormalities. Antibiotics were prescribed but ineffective. After comprehensive evaluation by the ophthalmology team, the final diagnosis was idiopathic orbital inflammation. Following steroid administration and repeated follow-ups, rapid recovery occurred. Conclusion: Unrecognized symptoms and differential diagnoses can lead to delays in identifying the present disease. Comprehensive evaluation, training of healthcare personnel through continuous education, workshops, and training sessions, team-based diagnostics, updating treatment staff knowledge, and systematic patient monitoring and symptom tracking will significantly aid early diagnosis and timely treatment.  </div> چشم, بیماری چشم, التهاب چشمی ایدیوپاتیک, التهاب چشمی, تشخیص زودهنگام.
