Adherence to this principle is not only the responsibility of governments and armed forces, but also a professional responsibility for health service providers. This study aimed to explain the concept of medical impartiality and its examples, as well as to raise awareness among decision-makers, policymakers and healthcare professionals about the ethical and functional requirements of providing medical services in situations of conflict.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Methods</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: This research is a qualitative analytical study that uses documentary analysis to examine the principles and regulations related to medical neutrality within the framework of international humanitarian law, medical ethics documents, and related procedures. </span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: The findings showed that medical neutrality in armed conflicts faces two main challenges: insufficient awareness and training for governments, armed forces, and health care providers, and the lack or absence of a comprehensive legal framework for protecting medical services in wartime. </span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: Strengthening medical neutrality requires the implementation of continuous training programs, the development of clear national guidelines, and the effective enforcement of laws to protect health services in armed conflicts.
