Currently, innovation management in advancing organizational goals is an indisputable necessity in the health system. The survival of organizations, including universities, depends on innovation and a learning culture. Innovation management is significantly affected by the learning culture. Innovation management affects the inter-sectoral processes of important units of medical universities. Innovation management is the cornerstone of the knowledge-based economy in the higher education field. Therefore, the present study aimed at reviewing the innovation management with the mediating role of learning culture in medical sciences education.
The present study was a systematic review in which the keywords were determined based on MESH and then searched in databases like SID, Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science Uptodate and Magiran. The search results led to the discovery of 98 articles that were studied by the authors through basic thematic analysis. At the end, 14 articles were obtained. Finally, 11 articles on thematic and content criteria with the aim of studying intercourse were included in the systematic review study.
Various studies showed that the characteristics of innovation management with the mediating role of learning culture in the direction and future of higher health education system and factors such as education management style, human resources, organizational incentives, organizational culture, absorption capacity, structure Organization, teaching methods, resources and facilities can be identified as one of the most important aspects of innovation management.
The results of the present study showed that innovation management criteria with the mediating role of learning culture in higher health education with emphasis on the country's priorities is an important principle that is effective in compiling a foresight document and roadmap for achieving authority in medical education. This could be a beacon for the National Center for Strategic Research in Medical Education.
