Abstract

The globalization approach requires change of organizations in order to advance organizational goals, Because in achieving organizational goals (especially large organizations such as the health system) achieving efficient knowledge, efficient skills, optimal management and effective leadership must use global standards, Therefore, the distribution of organizational totality and total productivity is a necessary part of organizational progress. Therefore, the basis of the present study examines the strategy of using holographic globalization and its impact on the health system. In this review study, databases; Google Scholar, Pubmed, up to date, SID in the period 1980-2020 were searched in both Persian and English languages and during 5 stages of reviewing found 28 articles with a separate number of 17 English articles and 11 Persian articles.
Based on the results of studies, the holographic pattern has a significant role in the globalization of healthcare approaches. There have been very few studies in the medical sciences on the holographic model, but the results of other organizations have shown the impact of holographic organizations on optimal management and productivity and achieving globalization of health standards.
Therefore, the importance of organizational components in advancing the structured goals of medical sciences and its generalization to the whole is an effective educational management strategy. Which requires laying the groundwork for its application. Because education is the basis of the functions of the education system from the lowest to the highest levels, and ignoring its globalization is considered a serious risk in the health system.

Abstract

The performance of organizational human resources is established in the form of organizational policy-making. Educational policy-making, along with research policy-making, is a complete individual comprehensiveness in the organization. In today's era, it is not possible to use educational policy-making to achieve the final goals of the organization, so that research policy-making needs to be used along with educational policy. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess the policy-research approach along with the educational policy of educational units. The descriptive review study to simultaneously investigate educational policy-making and research policy-making in university departments. A query was conducted on databases in Persian and English from 2014-2022 using the following keywords: Policy-research, policy-research, educational policy, educational policy-making, education, education system, and university education system. As a result of the search and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 98 articles were retrieved, including the searched texts, books, and documents. Finally, 24 papers were included in the present study. The findings demonstrated that studies with an educational policy approach are clearly better than studies with a research approach in the desired policies. Nonetheless, the integration of educational and research policies has been the leading way of scientific synergy. Modern educational services are not possible without research services; moreover, making educational decisions is not feasible and cost-effective without the use of policy-research.

Abstract

Learning procedures change along with the speed of educational developments. In order to achieve educational goals, sustainable and effective learning should be created for learners. Therefore, the current study aims to teach cognitive and metacognitive learning strategies as a progressive necessity from basic education levels to higher education levels. The current study is a descriptive review based on library search and Persian and English language information search engines with the keywords "cognitive learning", "metacognitive learning", "learning strategy" and "training" in the last five years.
The findings showed that education based on cognitive and metacognitive learning is effective on both target groups (teachers and learners) and will lead to academic ability, progress and academic hope. Cognitive and metacognitive learning at lower levels will provide a platform for individual and social empowerment at higher levels (higher education and labor market). Metacognition and cognitive and metacognitive strategies play an important role in the teaching and learning process, and the teaching of these strategies may lead to the improvement of academic performance and individual abilities of students; As a result, teaching cognitive and metacognitive strategies to learners and promoting the use of these strategies in the educational environment by educators can lead to the improvement of educational capability in all educational systems.
