fa گیاهان دارویی در درمان دیابت شیرین تغذيه تغذيه مروری Review دیابت شیرین، یک بیماری پیچیده است. در بیشتر افراد مبتلا به این بیماری، دیابت باعث ایجاد یک شیوه جدید زندگی می-شود و تمامی روابط فرد را در همه زمینه‌ها متأثر می‌کند و حتی نحوه غذا خوردن و رفتارهای فیزیکی فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. اگر قند خون در طولانی‌مدت به‌طور مداوم بالا باشد، می‌تواند بر قلب، چشم‌ها، کلیه‌ها، اعصاب و سایر قسمت‌های بدن تأثیر بگذارد. در درمان دیابت، هدف این است که به افراد کمک شود تا همزمان با کنترل میزان قند خون، خطر ابتلا به عوارض جانبی آن در آینده به حداقل برسد. از زمان‌های قدیم، گیاهان یک منبع مهم دارو بوده‌اند. تحقیقات انجام‌شده بر روی گیاهان در چند دهه گذشته، نشان داده‌است گیاهانی مانند پیاز و شنبلیله که در گذشته برای درمان دیابت استفاده می‌شده‌است دارای خاصیت ضد دیابتی می‌باشند؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش اثر 15 نوع گیاه بر درمان دیابت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌است. Diabetes Melitus is a complex disease. For most people, it’s a new way of life, and it affects relationships in all areas as much as it affects eating and physical activity. If blood sugar level remains consistently higher than normal, over time it can make dameges on organs like heart, eyes, kidneys, nerves, and other parts of the body. Sometimes people with diabetes melitus don't realize that they have the disease until they begin to have other health problems. In management of diabetes melitus, the aim is to help people to minimize the risk of developing future complications with control their blood glucose levels. Since ancient times, plants have been an exemplary source of medicine. Researches conducted in last few decades on plants mentioned in ancient literature or used traditionally for diabetes have shown anti-diabetic property of some kinde of plants.
