fa مروری بر نقش استاتین ها در درمان نارسایی قلبی با تأکید بر استرس اکسیداتیو اپيدميولوژي اپيدميولوژي کاهش کلسترول با استاتی ن ها، میزان بقاء بیماران را در بیمار ی های آترواسکلروتیک باشد . در برخی از Borderline قلبی– عروقی افزایش می دهد حتی اگر کلسترول سرم نرمال و یا برای بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی LDL-C مطالعات مستقل از وجود آترواسکروز در بیمار و تعیین سطح Cardiac remodeling قلبی استاتی نها تجویز شد هاند و تأثیر این داروها روی استرس اکسیداتیو و مطرح شده است. با توجه به نتایج متناقض مطالعات انجام شده، در این مقاله به نقش استرس اکسیداتیو و التهاب در نارسایی قلبی اشاره خواهد شد و ضمن بیان تأثیر استاتین ها در واسطه های التهابی مؤثر بر نارسایی قلبی و بررسی مطالعات بالینی انجام شده در زمینه جایگاه استاتی نها در این بیماری، توصیه های لازم در خصوص تجویز استاتی نها در نارسایی قلبی با در نظر گرفتن متدولوژی کارآزمایی های بالینی انجام شده ارائه خواهد شد. Cholesterol reduction by statins improves the survival of patients with the atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases, though serum cholesterol level is normal or borderline. In some studies, statins have been administered to the heart failure patients irrespective of their atherosclerosis state or LDL-levels. Statins may have favorable effects on the oxidative stress and the cardiac remodeling process. Due to the contradictory results of the studies, this review will briefly discuss the role of oxidative stress and inflammation in the heart failure, and then the effects of statins on the inflammatory mediators involved in the heart failure and the clinical trials assigned to the role of statins in the management of heart failure.
