fa مروری بر مدیریت نوآوری با نقش میانجی فرهنگ یادگیری در آموزش علوم پزشکی آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">در عصر حاضر مدیریت نوآوری در پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی یک ضرورت مسلم در نظام سلامت می باشد. ادامه و استمرار حیات سازمان‌ها از جمله دانشگاه‌‌ها منوط به نوآوری و فرهنگ یادگیری می‌باشد. مدیریت نوآوری به طور معنی‌‌داری معلول فرهنگ یادگیری است. مدیریت نوآوری فرآیندهای بین بخشی واحدهای مهم دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. مدیریت نوآوری سنگ ‌‌بنای اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در عرصه آموزش عالی می باشد.</span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> براین اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر مدیریت نوآوری با نقش میانجی فرهنگ یادگیری در علوم پزشکی &nbsp;پرداخته شده است. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مطالعه حاضر یک مرور سیستماتیکی است که کلیدواژه‌ها براساس </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">MESH</span> <span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">تعیین و سپس جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">SID , Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar ,Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science&nbsp; </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Uptodate, Magiran,</span> <span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">انجام شد. نتایج جستجو و بررسی منجر به یافتن </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">98 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله که با همکاری نویسندگان مورد مطالعه و تحلیل موضوعی ابتدایی قرار گرفت در انتهای جستجو، تعداد </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">14 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله به دست آمد و در نهایت </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">11 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله که از معیارهای موضوعی و محتوایی و با هدف مطالعه مقاربت داشت وارد مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک شدند</span>.<span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> پژوهش&shy;های مختلف نشان داد که شاخصه&shy;های مدیریت نوآوری</span> <span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">با نقش میانجی فرهنگ یادگیری در خط‌مش و آینده نظام آموزش عالی سلامت تاثیرگذار می&shy;باشد و عواملی چون؛ سبک مدیریت آموزش، منابع انسانی، مشوق‌‌های سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمان، ظرفیت جذب، ساختار سازمان، روش‌‌های تدریس، منابع و امکانات را می&shy;توان جز مهمترین ابعاد مدیریت نوآوری شناسایی کرد. نتیجه مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که معیارهای مدیریت نوآوری با نقش میانجی فرهنگ یادگیری در آموزش عالی سلامت با تأکید بر اولویت&shy;های کشور یک اصل مهمی است که در تدوین سند آینده &shy;نگاری و نقشه راه تحقق مرجعیت در آموزش علوم پزشکی تاثیرگزار است و این امر می&shy;تواند چراغ راه مرکز ملی تحقیقات راهبردی آموزش پزشکی کشور باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Currently, innovation management in advancing organizational goals is an indisputable necessity in the health system. The survival of organizations, including universities, depends on innovation and a learning culture. Innovation management is significantly affected by the learning culture. Innovation management affects the inter-sectoral processes of important units of medical universities. Innovation management is the cornerstone of the knowledge-based economy in the higher education field. Therefore, the present study aimed at reviewing the innovation management with the mediating role of learning culture in medical sciences education.</span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present study was a systematic review in which the keywords were determined based on MESH and then searched in databases like SID, Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science Uptodate and Magiran. The search results led to the discovery of 98 articles that were studied by the authors through basic thematic analysis. At the end, 14 articles were obtained. Finally, 11 articles on thematic and content criteria with the aim of studying intercourse were included in the systematic review study.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Various studies showed that the characteristics of innovation management with the mediating role of learning culture in the direction and future of higher health education system and factors such as education management style, human resources, organizational incentives, organizational culture, absorption capacity, structure Organization, teaching methods, resources and facilities can be identified as one of the most important aspects of innovation management.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results of the present study showed that innovation management criteria with the mediating role of learning culture in higher health education with emphasis on the country&#39;s priorities is an important principle that is effective in compiling a foresight document and roadmap for achieving authority in medical education.
