fa مروری بر سیستم های اطلاعات بالینی شیمی درمانی A review on chemotherapy clinical information systems مدارک پزشکی مدارک پزشکی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">امروزه جدا از مسائل مربوط به ایمنی بیمار، دو مسئله مهمی که در فرایند شیمی درمانی مطرح است، عبارتند از جمعآوری داده های کلیدی متنوع و وجود منابع دادهای مستقل. از جمله راهکارهای ارائهشده برای حل این مسائل میتوان به استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات سلامت مانند سیستمهای اطلاعات بالینی اشاره کرد. این سیستمها امکان گردآوری، تحلیل و انتشار دادههای مربوط به شیمیدرمانی را جهت ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران سرطانی و انجام کارآزماییهای بالینی فراهم مینمایند. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر انواع سیستمهای اطلاعات بالینی در حوزه شیمیدرمانی و عوامل موثر بر موفقیت آنها بود. مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری بود که در سال 2022 انجام شد. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی، مطالعات مربوط به کاربرد سیستمهای اطلاعات بالینی حوزه شیمیدرمانی در بیمارستان در فاصله بین سالهای 2010 تا 2022 جستجو شدند. پایگاههای مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از؛Google Scholar ، Scopus، PubMed، ScienceDirect، Web of Science و OvidMedline. در ابتدا 320 مطالعه بدست آمد و در نهایت، 21 مطالعه مرتبط استخراج گردید. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، مطالعات بررسی شده در زمینه سیستمهای اطلاعات بالینی در حوزه شیمیدرمانی را میتوان به پنج گروه اصلی تقسیم کرد که عبارتند از طراحی و توسعه سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مختص بیماران(دو مطالعه)، طراحی و توسعه سیستمهای CPOE (شش مطالعه)، سایر سیستمهای طراحیشده (دو مطالعه)، مطالعات مروری بررسیشده(هفت مطالعه) و سایر مطالعات(چهار مطالعه). با توجه به مزایای متعدد سیستمهای اطلاعات بالینی در حوزه شیمیدرمانی، کاربرد این سیستمها ضرورتی اجتنابناپذیر است. لکن بهمنظور استفاده اثربخش و گسترده از این سیستمها انتخاب مناسب فناوری، آموزش کاربران، کاربرد استانداردها، ارزیابیهای دورهای و همینطور تحلیل نیازهای کاربران و درک جریانهای کاری استاندارد در حوزه شیمیدرمانی الزامی میباشد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The large amount of diverse key data and the existence of independent data sources are two main issues in chemotherapy care. To resolve them, the use of health information technology, such as clinical information systems has been suggested. The present study aimed to review various clinical information systems used in the field of chemotherapy and the critical success factors influencing system implementation. This review study was completed in 2022. In this study, papers related to clinical information systems in the field of chemotherapy were retrieved by using keywords. The databases and the search engine were Scopus, PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science, Ovid Medline, and Google Scholar and the time frame was between 2010 and 2022. Initially, a total of 320 papers were retrieved, and finally 21 related papers were selected. the studies conducted in the field of chemotherapy clinical information systems can be divided into five main groups which include the design and development of patient-specific information systems (two studies), the design and development of CPOE systems (six studies), other developed systems (two studies), reviewed studies (seven studies) and others (four studies) The use of clinical information systems in the field of chemotherapy is inevitable, mainly due to the wide range of benefits that these systems have. However, in order to implement these systems successfully, proper choice of technology, user training, application of standards, periodic evaluations, as well as workflow identification are required for effective use of these systems.  </div> نئوپلاسم, سیستم اطلاعات بالینی, شیمی درمانی, بیمارستان.
