fa مروری بر خط مشی گذاری نظام سلامت آینده نگر مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزش علوم پزشکی یکی از کارکردهای مدیریتی در نظام سلامت می‌باشد و باتوجه‌به هدف اصلی نظام سلامت که همان ارتقای سلامت می‌باشد در سایه آینده‌نگری خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزشی، رویکردهای نظام سلامت رو به‌سوی پیشرفت قدم برمی‌دارد براین‌اساس مطالعه حاضر باهدف تحلیل خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزشی در نظام سلامت آینده‌نگر صورت‌گرفته است. </span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری نقلی ساده است که طی جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Uptodate, ISI ,Pubmed</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">Google Schoolar</span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> با کلیدواژه‌های: خط‌مشی‌گذاری، نظام سلامت، آینده‌نگری، خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزشی و نظام سلامت آینده‌نگر طی سال‌های </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">2023-2016 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">صورت گرفت در جست‌وجوی ابتدائی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">242 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی و با اعمال معیارهای ورود به مطالعه تعداد </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">32 </span></span><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقاله در نهایت استخراج شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌ها حاصل تحلیل مطالعات مرتبط نشان داد که به‌کارگیری خط‌مشی‌گذاری نظام سلامت با چشم‌انداز آموزشی در آینده منجر به&nbsp; مدیریت صحیح دانشگاهی در حوزه آموزش و پژوهش پیاده‌سازی اهداف و استراتژی‌ها، توسعه روحیه فعالیت‌های سازمانی، ارتقا مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، توانمندی فردی و جمعی در ایجاد رفتار آموزشی و... می‌گردد؛ بنابراین به‌کارگیری رویکرد خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزشی با چشم‌انداز واقع‌بینانه و ایدئال منجر به دستیابی به اهداف کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌مدت و طولانی‌مدت نظام سلامت خواهد شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<span lang="EN" style="color:#538135">The policy making of medical science education is one of the management functions in the health system, and according to the main goal of the health system, which is to promote health, under the foresight of the educational policy, the approaches of the health system are moving towards progress.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="EN" style="color:#538135">Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the educational policy in the forward-looking health system. The present study is a simple descriptive review study that was conducted by searching databases: Uptodate, ISI, Pubmed, Google Scholar with the keywords: policy making, health system, foresight, educational policy making, and forward-looking health system during the years 2016-2023. In the initial search, 242 articles were found. Farsi and English and by applying the inclusion criteria, 32 articles were finally extracted.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="EN" style="color:#538135">The findings from the analysis of related studies showed that the use of health system policy with an educational perspective in the future leads to proper university management in the field of education and research, implementation of goals and strategies, development of the spirit of organizational activities, promotion of social responsibility, individual and collective ability in creating educational behavior and ... turns; Therefore, applying the educational policy approach with a realistic and ideal perspective will lead to the achievement of the short-term, medium-term and long-term goals of the health system.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> خط‌مشی‌گذاری, نظام سلامت, آینده‌نگری, خط‌مشی‌گذاری آموزشی, نظام سلامت آینده نگر.
