fa افسردگی پس از زایمان: پیشگیری، درمان روانپزشکی روانپزشکی مروری Review <p>  افسردگی پس از زایمان یک اختلال شایع و ناتوان کننده روانی اجتماعی است، که ممکن است طی 4 هفته اول پس از زایمان آغاز گردد. این اختلال اثرات ناخوشایند بر مادر، کودک و خانواده داشته و هزینه های هنگفتی را بر جامعه تحمیل می نماید.گرچه در برخی مطالعات، از ابزارهای خاص غربالگری، درمان های دارویی و غیردارویی در پیشگیری و درمان افسردگی پس از زایمان حمایت شده است، ابهامات زیادی در رابطه با مداخلات انجام شده وجود دارد. در این مقاله فاکتورهای خطر ابتلای مادر به افسردگی پس از زایمان وابزار مورد استفاده در شناسایی آن توصیف می گردد، مداخلات پیشگیرانه و درمانی با تاکید بر روان درمانی (درمان بین فردی، درمان شناختی- رفتاری) و حمایت اجتمایی از مادر مورد بحث قرار می گیرد. </p> <p>  Postpartum depression is a prevalent and debilitating psychosocial disorder that can vary in intensity. It can occur during the first 4 weeks after delivery. Previous studies have been shown that postpartum depression not only could induce undesirable effects on mother, child, and family but also incurs health care costs on society. Though, some pharmacological and non pharmacological interventions are available in treatment and prevention of postpartum depression, but there are some reports about protean efficacy of these interventions.
