fa رویکرد ادبیات در بهبود آموزش پزشکی و سلامت بیماران آموزش پزشكی آموزش پزشكی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">پرسش از سودمندی و سرگرم‌کنندگی آثار ادبی، از دیرباز در میان پژوهشگران رایج بوده&nbsp; و امروزه نیز&nbsp; با توجه به اهمیت مهارت‌های ارتباطی در حوزۀ بالین&nbsp; و اهمیتی که آگاهی از تجربه زیسته افراد در افزایش کیفیت روابط انسانی و تداوم و کیفیت مراقبت‌ها دارد، مطالعات بسیاری در حوزه ادبیات و پزشکی انجام شده است. آگاهی از نتایج این پژوهش‌ها جهت تبیین مباحث علوم انسانی سلامت و جایگاه آموزش آموزش ادبیات، به ویژه برای دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ضروری به نظر می رسد. مقالۀ حاضر از نوع مروری ساده است که با جستجو در پایگاه های بین المللی و داخلی داده ای، در بازۀ زمانی ژانویه 2000&nbsp; تا&nbsp; ژوئن 2024&nbsp; انجام شده است. این مطالعه کوشیده است از پژوهش‌های مرتبط با تاثیر ادبیات بر ذهن و جسم و نقش آن در آموزش پزشکی ارائه دهد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد پژوهشگران با استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند پرسشنامه‌های روانشناختی و ابزارهای آزمایشگاهی توانسته‌اند تاثیرات مثبتی از مطالعه آثار ادبی بر مهارت‌هایی مانند همدلی و تاب‌آوری در وضعیت‌های دشوار را مشاهده کنند. این پژوهش‌ها تاکید می‌کند دو حوزۀ خواندن آثار ادبی و نوشتن در قالب‌های نگارشی مانند داستان و زندگی نوشت می‌تواند برای بیماران، درمانگران و مراقبان، نتایج مثبتی در جهت سلامت جسم و روان و افزایش کیفیت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی داشته باشد. به نظر می‌رسد این نتایج لزوم توجه به درس ادبیات و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی مناسب و کاربردی به ویژه برای دانشجویان علوم پزشکی را نمایان می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">The question of the utility and entertainment value of literary works has long been a subject of debate among researchers. Today, given the importance of communication skills in clinical settings and the value of understanding individuals&#39; lived experiences in enhancing the quality of human relationships and the continuity and quality of care, numerous studies have been conducted in the field of literature and medicine. Awareness of the results of these studies is essential for elucidating health humanities discussions and the role of literature education, especially for medical students. This article is a simple review based on a search of international and domestic databases within the timeframe from January 2000 to June 2024. This study aims to present findings from research related to the impact of literature on the mind and body and its role in medical education.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">The results indicate that researchers, using tools such as psychological questionnaires and laboratory instruments, have observed positive effects of reading literary works on skills such as empathy and resilience in challenging situations. These studies emphasize that reading literary works and writing in various narrative formats, such as stories and life writing, can have positive outcomes for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in terms of mental and physical health and the improvement of healthcare quality.
