fa بررسی میزان احترام متقابل و پایبندی به اخلاق حرف های دستیاران رشته های ماژور دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز Evaluation of Mutual Respect and Adherence to Professional Ethics in Residents of Major Specialties at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences بهداشت حرفه ای بهداشت حرفه ای پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اخلاق پزشکی، به‌مثابه‌ی بخشی از اخلاق حرفه‌ای، می‌کوشد اصول اخلاقی را به‌طور عملی در نظام سلامت، ازجمله میان پزشکان و تیم‌های پزشکی و همچنین در تصمیم‌گیری‌های اخلاقی وارد کند. در این پژوهش میزان احترام متقابل و پایبندی به اخلاق حرفه‌ای بررسی شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌تحلیلی در سال 1397 بر 213 دستیار رشته‌های ماژور دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز انجام شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌صورت سرشماری میان دستیاران توزیع شد و پس از توضیح اهداف مطالعه، از آن‌ها خواسته شد بادقت به سؤالات پاسخ دهند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ۲۲ SPSS تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: از 213 دستیار بررسی‌شده، 124 نفر مرد و 89 نفر زن بوده‌اند. میانگین نمره‌ی احترام متقابل در زنان کمی بیشتر از مردان و نمره‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در مردان بالاتر بوده است. همچنین، 135 نفر متأهل و 78 نفر مجرد بوده‌اند و نمرات احترام متقابل و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در پزشکان متأهل بیشتر است. ترکیب شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 66 دستیار داخلی، 47 دستیار زنان‌و‌زایمان، 48 دستیار اطفال و 26 دستیار طب اورژانس بود. بیشترین نمره‌ی احترام متقابل در دستیاران طب اورژانس و بالاترین نمره‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دستیاران زنان‌و‌زایمان ثبت شد. همچنین، نمرات احترام متقابل و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دستیاران با گروه خونی -A بیشتر بوده است. استنتاج: طراحی مداخلات آموزشی برای تقویت اخلاق حرفه‌ای و احترام متقابل بین دستیاران، به‌ویژه در تخصص‌های با نمرات پایین‌تر ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. همچنین، استادان به‌مثابه‌ی الگوهای اخلاقی می‌توانند نقش کلیدی برای بهبود احترام متقابل و اخلاق حرفه‌ای دستیاران داشته باشند. با ترکیب آموزش فعال، حمایت روانی و ارزیابی مستمر، می‌توان فضایی ایجاد کرد که در آن احترام و اخلاق حرفه‌ای به‌صورت نهادینه رشد کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and purpose: Medical ethics, as a part of professional ethics, seeks to practically implement ethical principles in the health system, including among physicians and medical teams, as well as in ethical decision-making. The present study aimed to assess the level of mutual respect and adherence to professional ethics. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 213 residents of major specialties at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2018. Questionnaires were distributed among the residents in a census format, and after explaining the objectives of the study, they were asked to answer the questions carefully. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 22). Results: Of the 213 residents studied, 124 cases were male, and 89 subjects were female. The mean score of mutual respect was slightly higher in females than males, and the score of professional ethics was higher in males. Moreover, 135 subjects were married, and 78 participants were single, with the scores of mutual respect and professional ethics being higher in married physicians. The participants included 66 internal medicine residents, 47 obstetrics and gynecology residents, 48 pediatric residents, and 26 emergency medicine residents. The highest score of mutual respect was recorded in emergency medicine residents, and the highest score of professional ethics pertained to obstetrics and gynecology residents. In addition, the scores of mutual respect and professional ethics were higher in residents with blood type A-. Conclusion: Designing educational interventions to strengthen professional ethics and mutual respect among residents, particularly in specialties with lower scores, appears essential. Furthermore, as ethical role models, professors can play a key role in enhancing residents' mutual respect and professional ethics.
