fa بار اقتصادی اختلالات روانی در ایران: یک مرور دامنه‌ای روانشناسی روانشناسی مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">افزایش شیوع اختلالات روانی نیازمند توجه به جنبه‌های مختلف این موضوع و بار اقتصادی‌ای است که این اختلالات بر جامعه و فرد تحمیل می‌کنند. این مطالعه نوعی مرور دامنه‌ای است که از طریق جست&rlm;وجو در پایگاه‌های داده مختلف انجام شده است. کلیدواژه‌های بار اقتصادی، هزینه بیماری، هزینه‌ها، هزینه، مالی، روانی، ایران، اختلالات روانی، اختلالات روان‌پزشکی، اختلالات رفتاری، تشخیص روان‌پزشکی و معادل‌های فارسی آن‌ها در پایگاه‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="color:black">Web of Science Core Collection</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="color:black">PubMed</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">، </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="color:black">ISC</span></span></span> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:95%"><span style="color:black">Google Scholar</span></span></span> <span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black">جست&rlm;وجو شده است. بعد از اعمال استراتژی جست&rlm;وجو، ۴۵۰ رکورد شناسایی شد که در نهایت، دوازده مقاله به معیارهای ورود به مطالعه پاسخ دادند و وارد مرور شدند. تفاوت‌های قابل توجهی در روش‌های محاسبه هزینه و شناسایی هزینه‌ها مشاهده شد. بیماران مبتلابه اختلالات شدید روانی بیش از چهار بار در سال به پزشک مراجعه می‌کنند و بیشترین هزینه‌ها در سیستم بهداشت و درمان مربوط به مراکز غربالگری اولیه و بیمارستان‌ها هستند. همچنین، بیش از نیمی از جمعیت مبتلابه اختلالات روانی در وضعیت اقتصادی بد قرار دارند. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که اختلالات اضطرابی و افسردگی هزینه‌های متنوعی را تحمیل می‌کنند. بنابراین، مداخلات هدفمند و با هزینه مؤثر، بسیار ضروری‌اند. واقعیت این است که هزینه‌های زیاد بیمه سلامت، همراه با هزینه‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، نشان می‌دهد که مردم و سیستم بهداشت و درمان همچنان بار این هزینه‌ها را بر دوش می‌کشند.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:121.45pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The increasing rate of mental disorders requires attention to various aspects of this issue and the economic burden that mental disorders impose on society and individuals.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:121.45pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study is a scoping review that was conducted by examining databases. The following keywords, including economic burden, cost of illness, expenditure, cost, financial, mental, Iran, mental disorder, psychiatric disorders, behavior disorders, psychiatric diagnosis, and their Persian equivalents, will be searched across Web of Science Core Collection, PubMed, ISC, and Google Scholar.&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:121.45pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">450 records were found after applying the search strategy. Finally, 12 articles met the inclusion criteria and were included in the review. There were apparent differences in the costing methods and the cost identification. Patients with severe mental disorders visit a doctor more than four times a year and the highest costs in the health care system are related to Primary Screening Centres and hospitals. Additionally, more than half of the population with mental disorders are from low economic backgrounds.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:121.45pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study shows that anxiety and depressive disorders incur various costs; therefore, targeted and cost-effective interventions are essential.
