Abseract: Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodegenerative disorder that is based on the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, with a general criterion of defect in social communication and social interactions, as well as behavioral patterns, interests, or limited and repeated activities. The prevalence of this disorder is increasing day by day, according to the latest reports, its prevalence has reached 68 in one.
Research on autistic children suggests that hereditary factors play an important role in the development of autism in children. Other studies also suggest biologic factors affecting the incidence of autism. In general, autistic children seem to be born on the one hand with a different body structure that causes the disorder, and on the other hand, other environmental factors also worsen the situation.
So far, many types of therapies for autism have been evaluated, but there is little evidence that these treatments can improve the baby. There is no unique method for treatment of this disorder, and so far no specific drugs for its definitive treatment have been introduced, but according to research conducted among treatments, behavioral therapy, therapeutic, speech therapeutic or a combination of them It has been able to make more improvements in these children. Autism disorder has been raised as a problem for psychiatrists, psychologists, parents, and teachers, as the behavioral characteristics of children with autism contribute to the process of transforming their mental talents and their social-emotional skills. Considering that this method and its effects on the treatment of common disorders in children, especially children with autism disorder in the country have been less studied and studied, and this issue was first studied in the scope of the study. It can be of particular importance.
After searching the available information databases with the proper keywords in two Persian and English languages, 25 articles were obtained. Of the 15 articles most relevant to the research objectives, they were selected and examined. According to studies, it has been proven that early compression behavioral interventions are a high-performance treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders.
