  Ramadan fasting is the implementation of a full and regular body and mental health care, which is considered both. It is scientifically proven that Ramadan fasting not only causes Mental Relaxation, But also Causes Increase in Endorphin hormones, which Helps Recovery Mental condition. These events Cause Relief and increase consciousness in fasting person.
The question is fasting is good for health or not. Which patient is able to fast? To answer these questions we decided to review Gastro -intestinal diseases and effect of fasting with them.
