This article examines the effect of transformational leadership with a psychological approach on classroom management and the knowledge sharing process among professors. Transformational leadership, as an effective leadership style, is able to increase teachers' motivation and creativity, thus helping to improve the quality of teaching and learning. This article examines the role of psychological empowerment as a mediating factor in this process using analytical methods and field surveys. The results show that transformational leadership can help to facilitate the sharing of knowledge among professors by creating a supportive and motivating environment and ultimately lead to the improvement of educational quality. This research also emphasizes that in order to achieve educational goals, there is a need to develop leadership skills in educational managers so that they can exploit the potential in educational teams.
